Keith @ service solutions sent a technician to fix our true treadmill. We were covered under warranty for all the parts. They did a tremendous job ordering the parts and were here in a few weeks to repair. Was so happy when they fixed our True treadmill. However after 2 weeks the board is making a clicking noise and have been trying to contact him for months. I would have paid for another visit. But been totally ignored. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years, but the service is not what it once was.
Our treadmill broke down. The folks at Service Solutions seemed to do everything they could to help us out. They did a lot of homework before coming on the call, working with us and the manufacturer. As a result, when the came, they repaired it in one trip, saving us the cost of a second call. The gentleman who did the service was friendly and knowledgeable. A very positive repair experience.
