Is this business still open? Got rooked into a service contract with Joe and hasn’t responded. Numerous no call no shows and never fixed my hot water heater after I threw money at him. Thanks Joe for bending me over.
They are very bad service They took $900 saying they need half of money for parts and never came back .we keep calling and no reply and took our money and took out old parts too
Tech used the process of elimination method to try and fix our furnace. Spend much more time/money doing so ultimately not fixing our unit. Alternate experienced tech found issue on the spot resolving quickly and affordable.
Joe is very personable, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. He gets the job done and at a very reasonable cost and you can see by the previous reviews and ratings that he is worth working with!
