These guys are the "official warranty repair company" of many of the major manufacturers of commercial kitchen equipment. As such they charge enormous rates. \$75 just to show up at your door. Then \$75 an hour. There are many technicians, but in general they are usually rude and or un-caring about "little" guys like me.
