Extremely happy with the service I received from Service Solutions. Had a leaking seal on a toilet and a hairline crack in the plumbing stack pipe and needed service rather quickly. Service Solutions was reccomended by another plumber and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. Francis was thorough, friendly, explained all the steps and costs involved in the repair process and cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely reccomend using Service Solutions for any needed plumbing service.
Where do I even start... we moved in about 6 months ago and our realtor's brother, Jason, works for this company and is such a kind person who raved about his employer, so we decided to give them a shot. 2 weeks ago the owner, John, came out to look at our basement as we prepare to put in an in-law apartment and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to; we look forward to working with him more as the project gets rolling! Once more, great service from Service Solutions. Just replaced our furnace & AC with a new heat pump and furnace. Helped us through the process to apply for a MassHeat zero percent loan, installed the equipment, showed us how to use the new thermostat and will be helping with the process for us to get rebates. They've serviced our needs for 18 years, and consistently are terrific!
