I called looking for an old blind bracket that I couldn’t find anywhere else in town. They were able to locate some in stock and I had them in hand within an hour of first contacting the store. Great customer service!

I’m thrilled with the motorized Graber shades for my master suite I bought from Tom! They weren’t that much more than traditional honeycomb shades and make all the difference in raising and lowering 6 shades. The price was literally $500 LESS than a “budget blind” company’s bid. Install was 2 weeks, just like Tom promised. I couldn’t be happier!
