I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your team. I recently hired your company to repair my furnace, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. On the initial visit, I was charged $400 — $200 for an emergency service call and an additional $200 for a part that was supposedly needed. Very professional over all great experience having them out to service my furnace. Came out fast when called and repair went flawlessly! Feels great to have a properly working furnace. When it's time to upgrade my furnace they will be getting a call!
I can not recommend them enough. We had some AC issues that quickly turned into furnace issues and they were so helpful during the whole process of getting both a new AC unit, new furnace and upgrading all the pipping. Greg was very professional and made sure we were informed for everything. He really made the whole process seem simple when it could have been a nightmare.
