Should I give SRN a five star or no star. I had SRN installed AC and heating system in my house a few years ago, very happy with the sales and installation, they were prompt, professional and clean. I also has an annual maintenance plan with them, they alway show up on time, very courteous and clean. A couple of winters ago, the heat would not come on and an error code was showing on the thermostat. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your team. I recently hired your company to repair my furnace, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. On the initial visit, I was charged $400 — $200 for an emergency service call and an additional $200 for a part that was supposedly needed. However, when your technician returned the next day, the part was not installed, and the furnace continued to malfunction. Very professional over all great experience having them out to service my furnace. Came out fast when called and repair went flawlessly! Feels great to have a properly working furnace. When it's time to upgrade my furnace they will be getting a call!
