I had a carpet repair and restoration emergency. My carpet was soaked in water, with a flooded basement. I called Service Restoration and they were at my home within 30 minutes. The team left my home and basement clean, and the carpet looked like new after they finished. I will have Service Restoration in Charlotte back again if I ever need water damage repair again.

In August of this year service restoration did a few hours of mold mitigation work in my home. They did not send me an invoice. In the weeks following the work when they picked up their fan, they did not give me an invoice. Six months later, they threaten to put a lien on my house. I have not received one letter, phone call or email in the previous months. But they were ready to put a lien on my house. Unscrupulous is the best way I can describe this company.

Our condo was flooded as a water supply hose burst. We phoned water damage repair company in Charlotte since they came highly recommended. They arrived quickly, provided us with an estimate, and immediately got to work. We couldn't be happier with these guys from beginning to end.
