The restoration industry is a nice one in Lithia Springs. I was grateful when Heath arrived on schedule. The tech was also incredibly easy to work with and responsive when I had questions. Working with these people was an excellent experience all around.

Service Restoration is the best and most responsible restoration business in Lithia Springs, I had a flood in my house and it was all because a pipe broke. The water ruined my carpet and furniture and I was so depressed, I called them and they came out the next day, they did a great job and my carpet and furniture are like new again. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to excellence and I couldn't have picked a better restoration company.

They were able to dry out our first flooding issue miraculously, checking in regularly to make sure progress was going smoothly and adjusting machines as needed. This time, they're working on a massive flooding leak that tore through two floors of our condo (plus helping other condo units that were affected). There is SO MUCH WORK and the guys aren't batting an eye. I feel lucky to have them supporting us as they work to dry out our home.

They commit insurance fraud they get the insurance to pay then they use cheaper materials for the restoration and pocket the money. They also will lie if it's not wet the owner will put water on it and tell everyone it is wet and charge the customer and insurance thousands and have corespondimg picture but with no readings

Phenomenal company! It's never a good day when you need to call a company like this. But amidst the chaos of the flooding we experienced, these guys blew us away with their promptness and the quality of their work. Shout out to LJ and Austin for their great work for us over the past few days! We're as good as new because of them!
