Martin arrived promptly as scheduled to install a whole house water softener system in my home. He is professional and also has a friendly demeanor. Pleased with how he assesses the work that needs to be done and completes the work quickly and efficiently. Have relied on Martin and his team at Service Relief whenever I have work/and or repairs that need to be done. Highly recommend.
Installed boiler and 2 months later the automatic feeder stopped working -- i called them out and the technician told me just turn on the water valve and add water -- this is normal. I've been doing that monthly for a year only to find out from another technician that this is ABSOLUTELY not normal and the feeder was broken from the inception.
