Wish I could give them 0 stars. Unbelievably unprofessional company. Called them out to diagnose and fix my small commercial refrigerator. After coming to the conclusion that it was the compressor that needed to be replaced, they said that they would check to see if it was under warranty and would let me know as soon as possible. Days went by and nothing. Called the main number several times and they could not even locate the ticket. Best refrigeration company on the face of this planet period. They will help you to the best of their ability and make sure you are up and running in a timely manner..recommended in my books
"One off customers not a priority" Mark Park. I was a given a 2 hour window for a repair, waited for two and a half hours with still no notification. I called to inquire, and was told higher priority calls had developed and notifying me was not a standard practice.
