Jim was great. Told me when I needed more than he could provide. I have custom cabinets Nad countertop. He recommended getting a contractor in here to help me figure out the set up for adding a faucet to attach my portable dishwasher to and then he would be glad to come back and run the water lines for it. He was so honest and nice. Definitely going to use this guy again.
I am appalled at the service I just received. I fully understand Josh is a sales person trying to do his job. An effective sales person knows when to stop pushing. When Josh first arrived everything went smoothly. He took some pictures to provide me with an estimate. He returned to his truck to write something up.
