Was referred to them by another pool service due to scheduling conflicts. Billy was friendly, knowledgeable, kept his appointments, and fixed the problem that others couldn't fix. Home warranty company's service techs identified a problem with my cleaning pop-ups and said had clogged pipiing. Billy identified it as improperly calibrated actuators and worn gears. Waited for 7 hours for my service appointment. No show. I had to call the company to follow up. Also - screw u First American Home Warranty: stop contracting garbage contractors.

This place is a joke. They won’t answer the phone, they won’t return a phone call, and it takes them numerous appointments to fix the simplest of problems. My home warranty uses them, and they are beyond un-professional and incompetent.

Do NOT use this company. Chilly Willy came to fix my dishwasher - it was a simple clog that needed to be cleared in the drain. For some reason, the guy cut my air gap line and took it with him. He said he had to order a part and would come back to finish the job. I was then no call/no showed FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. This is not a joke or an exaggeration. They missed FOUR appointments. During this span of time I called Chilly Willy repeatedly and every time I was placed on an indefinite hold. The longest call I sat there for 40 m... read more
