Waited for 7 hours for my service appointment. No show. I had to call the company to follow up. Also - screw u First American Home Warranty: stop contracting garbage contractors.
This place is a joke. They won’t answer the phone, they won’t return a phone call, and it takes them numerous appointments to fix the simplest of problems. My home warranty uses them, and they are beyond un-professional and incompetent.
Do NOT use this company. Chilly Willy came to fix my dishwasher - it was a simple clog that needed to be cleared in the drain. For some reason, the guy cut my air gap line and took it with him. He said he had to order a part and would come back to finish the job. I was then no call/no showed FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. This is not a joke or an exaggeration. They missed FOUR appointments. Trash service took two weeks to “order part” they came to “fix it” today and my ac still doesn’t work thanks for wasting my time for the last two weeks you guys should shut down your business and focus on something easier since you guys suck
