If I could give them 100 stars - I would! They are extremely knowledgeable and able to work/diagnose older systems and usually has the parts on the truck for an immediate repair! They are very flexible with scheduling and will even work in the dark if needed! Lots of contacts to find parts and is willing to put in the time. A +++++++ Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
Called at 10:15 on a Friday night, got a call back at10:30 pm at my house in ten minutes and solved the problem. Quick and professional service
This is the second time we've used Service Pro Heating and cooling and would never use anyone else. Our furnace went out sometime on Friday and were not aware till late. We called Brian at 10:30 pm never expecting a call back on New Years weekend. However, he returned our call within 5 minutes and was at our house 10 minutes later to sevice our furnace. He located the problem in a timely fashion and find his rates to be very reasonable. Brian is professional and knowledgeable and is now our serviceman for HVAC related issues... read more
