I'm always nervous when I have to reach out to a plumber because you never know what to expect in terms of cost and overcharges. I reached out to Service Plus, they last night, and scheduled me for the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem (Main sewer line clog) and fixed it right away at a fair and reasonable price, with a Senior discount, which I was very grateful for. Thank you, would rehire without hesitation.

I called Service Plus with some questions and Sam called back promptly. He is very knowledgable, easy to talk too and polite. He was able to answer everything and more. Talked for about half hour and I never felt rushed. Thank you Sam and Service Plus.

While the service I called for Sam does not provide, he was willing to work with me on trying to figure out the problem I was having with my Septic Tank. Not many companies are willing to do that, without some sort of compensation. He also provided recommendations on helping the tank system to avoid issues in the future. I would highly recommend Sam for his expertise in this field and would be my only call for servicing a drain field.

Sam took a lot of time diagnosing a well pump problem I had without even being hired to do the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped sanity check everything being done. Highly recommend!

Called for an appointment for a Well Pump issue that Service Plus Installed back in 2004 and Sam answered the phone, he said he wasn't in the area but asked what the problem was. I explained what was going on and what I had already tried and he advised me what to do next, who does that these days? I followed his advice and fixed the problem without having to call another Plumber! God Bless you Sam! By all means use Service Plus!
