They came to change the filter on our HVAC system, everything was fine before it. the day they changed the filter, The thing started making a really bad noise so We asked him to come out again, and they said that in order for them to fix the issue they created they’re going to have to charge us for it. Absolute fraudsters
We’ve used Service Plus Mechanical multiple times for repairs and maintenance. Recently they installed a new heat pump/ac unit for us. The technician showed up on short notice and completed the installation professionally the same day. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommended.
Absolutely do not deal with this company unless you want to be ripped off. They will charge you over 6 times of labour when they weren't even there. Plus buy the most expensive replacement item without asking. Charge you for simple tools they should already have on their trucks and then demand payment with in 21 days when you never agreed or were informed that you were being directly charged by them or by the landlord. Terrible service. One technician came to install a fan for my unit. I pressed an appliance main control by mistake and the fan could not be off. I asked him to come again, neither he or the person in the office told me that they charged service fee. After the technician came and turned the control off(did nothing else) he asked me for $195+GST service fee. I was entirely shocked
