Top notch service..David has truly mastered his craft
Great, called and answer immediately. I needed a part for my Whirlpool Duet dryer. They had it and met me halfway so I did not have to travel all the way into town from Down East area. I would not hesitate to call them for actual service call. Small company so they probably can be busy. First come first serve. Great experience.
When choosing this company please consider the following. Plan to have to call them several times, wait for hours to show for appointment. They do not disclose when speaking with them but you are to assume apparently that they have a service charge (for looking to see if its repairable) of $85 dollars regardless of if the item is worth being repaired or not.
