They came today and diagnosed my problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. The service was conducted courteously and with good humor. A pleasant experience. I would recommend this company.
Very responsive and reasonable prices. They replaced my air conditioner 2 years ago and most recently chased down and fixed a persistent problem my furnace presented. Always professional and dedicated to getting the job done. Can't recommend them any higher.
I called Service Plus on Wednesday afternoon, 1/18/25, around 2:30 to see if they could put me on their schedule to come look at my heat pump which wasn't working. They came that same afternoon, and Yuri and another tech (I didn't get his name) were very pleasant and got my heat working before 5:30. Excellent service. Everyone I spoke with at the company - Heather, Michael and Yuri - were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!
