Stay away from this company. In my experience, they are a total scam. I contacted them to repair my under-counter freezer, which was still under warranty because it was not freezing properly. When the technician arrived, he told me that if the problem was with the condenser, I would have to pay an additional charge that was not covered under the warranty. I told the technician not to proceed with the repair because the cost of replacing the condenser would be about the same as buying a new freezer. He did not perform any rep... read more

We are very happy with the service, Brock did a great job and with great communication. He got our ovens back up and running quickly, and explained everything he did wonderfully!
