I would absolutely recommend Service Plumbing to anyone that is having water issues. Anthony came out to talk us through what was going on with our tub/shower and was incredibly helpful and personable. He gave us great advice and was very professional. He definitely knows what he is talking about and did such a great job for us!
I had my own parts here so they did not have to get parts. I wanted a couple of jobs done but with the prices they quoted, there was no way. Over $850 for installing two faucets and repairing two toilets. LABOR ONLY. To me that is outrageous. They were nice and thoughtful, but just too darn expensive.
This was our first experience with Service Plumbing in Jacksonville. From the initial call with Leslie through completion of repair with Anthony, the service exceeded our expectations! Anthony thoroughly diagnosed and explained our repair needs, provided options for repair or replacement, was professional and respectful of our home and COVID protocols. Not only did he provide service, he was personable and kind. I highly recommend him and will use this company in the future. Thank you Anthony!
