Service Physics is the go-to for XPS needs. They are deeply knowledgeable about these instruments and always helpful. When the lab got a new instrument they flew out their technician Zach for a week to get us up and running. When the vacuum controller failed on us they lent us a spare so we could keep running while they fixed the broken one.
Bob Chaney and Barbara Siordia at Service Physics Inc. have provided my laboratory with the most fantastic service for our XPS system one could imagine over the last couple of decades. Repair parts and service are delivered intelligently, quickly, at very reasonable cost, and cheerfully. My laboratory could not operate without them.
