We have been dealing with Myers for many years. The staff are great and I really appreciate the valet service. Because I don't have a garage, I also store my winter and summer tires there.
EDIT: Service Manager Chris was able to help me get my tires installed and store my winter tires all for free. He even arranged to have my oil change done within the same day (milage was close enough to warrant the oil change). He arranged to have their shuttle workers pick up and drop off my vehicle to eliminate any driving around I had to do. I appreciate the attention Chris gave to my issues, and the offer to resolve. Had 7:30 AM appointment. Called just before noon and they had not touched my car. Said they'd get it in early in the afternoon. I called back 20 minutes before closing. Service rep said he'd talk to the technitian and call back. They are closed now. No call back. Zero information about my car. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll get it back tomorrow.
