It was kind of a hiccup at first, because I was supposed to go and pick up a loaner while my car was getting ready to be worked on, but after I got there I was told that they couldn't give me a free loaner until after they had actually looked at the car. Would have been really nice to not be stranded first, but it worked out. The warranty was honored, the repair was taken care of, and got my car back the next day. Everyone was really nice, but maybe train EVERYONE on the whole loaner thing? Thanks!

I have a couple of vehicles and always service them at KIA German Center. I’ve also purchased cars from them, and every experience has been great. The team is professional, easy to work with, and everything is always done on time and clearly communicated. Highly recommend!
Been taking my car here for oil changes for a few years, and have always had a great experience. Braden has usually been the person at the desk when I arrive and he's always been helpful and communicative about the estimated time, services, etc.
