We were a client of Service Partners, and during a delivery, a driver hit our HVAC unit. Accidents happen and the manager at Service Partners (Andrew Welborn) personally showed up and verbally indicated they would take care of it (great response so far). I indicated that I only expected a repair OR partial replacement cost because it was an older unit. However, they decided to take no responsibility after the conversation. Delivering: Drive into the lot from the road and go towards the end on your right. Shipping/Receiving office is there with the docks. They had me in and out in just over an hour. Friendly and helpful staff. Holding area opposite side from the Shipping/Receiving area. Grab a spot between the trailers if you need to park.
