We were a client of Service Partners, and during a delivery, a driver hit our HVAC unit. Accidents happen and the manager at Service Partners (Andrew Welborn) personally showed up and verbally indicated they would take care of it (great response so far). I indicated that I only expected a repair OR partial replacement cost because it was an older unit. However, they decided to take no responsibility after the conversation.
