Attention Truck drivers delivering here… Paperwork says 8 AM appointment, so I called the day before to see if I could arrive at 7 AM and Chris, in front office at customer service, said you can back into the dock but we won’t even start unloading you until 9 AM. 3.5 hours to get a partial load unloaded, and they lie about check in time to deny detention. When we provided the eld screenshot to broker Route Transportation Logistics , they said it doesn't mean he checked in because truckers have nothing better to do than sit in their truck and check in almost an hour after arrival.
I started from nothing and Service Partners has helped me grow into a large successful insulation company. David has done everything he can to help us expand. Paula is absolutely amazing! You can tell she really cares. She is helpful and very knowledgeable. She has always gone the extra mile for us. We are looking to expand to another city this winter and we will be making sure that the city has Service Partners. I won't do business without them!
