What horrible place to delivery load appointment doesn't mean anything and u will spend at least 8 hours here stay away
After we came here, we saw all the negative reviews and we understood how horrible it was to waste a whole day waiting to get unloaded. The person unloading saw her or him on the phone a couple of times, taking their sweet time, taking off one plate in 30 minutes. The manager was even worse. We asked them how much longer it was going to take, and after 7 hours, he was saying he wasn't going to unload the truck. They have no manners or respect for others' time. What a horrible place to deliver. Unloading, women or men, not sure, looks chubby. One waited 4 hours, they still didn't touch the truck because she or he was too busy playing on her phone. The manager acts like the worst. No management professionalism or treating, not unloading the truck, etc. What a joke! If you're coming here for delivery, better move on with something or waste your whole day here because they don't respect your time with poor management. Stay away
Have fun wasting your clock
Attention Truck drivers delivering here… Paperwork says 8 AM appointment, so I called the day before to see if I could arrive at 7 AM and Chris, in front office at customer service, said you can back into the dock but we won’t even start unloading you until 9 AM. Even though I told him the paperwork says 8 AM. Arrive at 7:15, nice gentleman working the forklift told me I could back into either dock.
