Pam the owner is a complete terror. She has the WORST customer service skills on the planet and probably shouldn’t be customer facing. I spent 20 min on the phone setting up an appt with a male rep who didn’t seem to be able to take down an appropriate address. Then on 330 the day PRIOR to my appt they leave a message re what is my house number. Ok who schedules an appt without an address just a street? Pam at Service one was a pleasure to speak with. She was so accommodating to my schedule. She made an extra effort to send someone to the house the same day. Elvis was fast and extremely professional, keeping us posted on his progress along the way. It is always nice to know that someone cares about your predicament. I was able to save all my groceries!
