This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with; ever! Being in the service business I know how challenging it is to deal with OEM's and clients; however, the experience encountered with Service On Site has been horrendous. We are headed into day 25 without a washing machine. Part of the challenge has been obtaining parts, to which Service On Site did not have complete control over and relied on the warranty company, Warrantech. I would not recommend that company either and filed a claim with the BBB and CA's BEAR.... read more
