Started in 1980 as a repair center for factory service. Over the years we have done service for LG.GE,Samsung,Whirpool,Viking,Gateway,Sony and other brands. Our goal is to repair units and make customers happy. We have serviced in 5 states on both coasts.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with; ever! Being in the service business I know how challenging it is to deal with OEM's and clients; however, the experience encountered with Service On Site has been horrendous. We are headed into day 25 without a washing machine. Part of the challenge has been obtaining parts, to which Service On Site did not have complete control over and relied on the warranty company, Warrantech.
