Service Motor always fix my equipment in a timely manner and are very professional. I will keep going to them for service and buying Kubota.
Dropped off 2 customer supplied fittings to get 2 simple, custom hoses made last Wed. Young lady said she'd call w an estimate. I said estimate not necessary as previously I've received excellent customer service from the "Hose Wizard" who reluctantly no longer works there. Hoses were simple requests. 6 days later no hoses, no phone call update. I stopped in today for an update. I was instructed that she was unable to crimp the JIC fitting and did not offer a substitute fitting. 6 days wasted. I work long hours. Very disappo... read more
