I don't regret buying a new tractor from them sheldon is one of the best people to work with highly recommend him as a salesman. Just had them pick up my tractor did I have some hydraulic kits installed for my rear drag blade and have been working with sara in parts or service and she was very professional if your looking to buy or just have your tractor serviced I recommend service motor company
Had a technician come out to repair a BX1880 that was delivered that morning. Young man was very polite and respectful, after a period of time, a defective fuse was found to be the problem. He did not have that type of fuse on the truck, so he bypassed the fuse in order to move the tractor off to the side of the driveway. He returned a short later with a replacement fuse that he got at a parts store and installed it in the dark using what appeared to be a flashlight.
