Super tight for 53', especially if you drive a sleeper cab. For sleepers, I recommend entering from Lewis and blind siding. Receiving opens at 0600, got door at 0630 and was out by 0730. At least they got the storm drain fixed in front of the dock, letting you swing all the way to the curb.

This place would be a 1 if it weren't for the employees and overnight parking. This place is not designed for 53ft trailers. You need to dock with your trailer straight and your cab at an angle
