Being a long standing customer, we've reached a bitter end after the 4th or 5th time being over charged and interacting with that horrible receptionist. If you don't want our business just say so before charging us hundreds of dollars extra in order for us to dislike you! Mike is a good mechanic but and the end of the day it feels like the receptionist or the owner are the ones to blame...
