We had an emergency sewer backup that encompassed our entire lower floor. This is a mostly finished lower floor with carpet and a lot of furniture and expensive electronic equipment. We didn’t learn about this backup until late into the night. I called and spoke with Brad who had a crew at my house cleaning up in a very short order. I know what it’s like to be called in to work all night in an unpleasant situation. Brad was our service care coordinator. He was very responsive to all of my questions and communicated well throughout the process. Each day he provided me with updates and expectations. During this flood he was a gem.
