If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Completely unprofessional! No communication between the office and their employees! Wiped my walls, ceilings and floors with dirty rags and mops! Didn’t clean half of what they were supposed to! Claim there isn’t a smoke smell in our house when there still is!!! How can two people wipe all the walls, ceilings and floors in less than 5 hours with a four bedroom two and a half bath home? That’s right… you can’t!!! Great company, the employees are easy to talk to and will answer any questions you need answered. They work for the people and not to give the insurance company the advantage in your claim.

Sam, Marcus and Raul did a fabulous job with my flood restoration . They were friendly, attentive, and efficient. They explained everything and kept me calm during my hardship. I highly recommend Service Master.
