I recently had Service Master to my home to assess mold in my attic. They were the second company I had in to assess the mold. I met with Troy and he was very professional and kind. I was having other issues with my home and he took the time to explain things to help me. It was valuable advice and made me feel more comfortable with my decisions. Missing items from my room which was in perfect condition during our house fire. I question this companies integrity, and what they stand for. They also made my family wait 2 weeks to retrieve items from our storage unit, a neighbour warned us about employees stealing and I don’t doubt it…
Shameless that Service Master is a "preferred vendor" for our insurance company. I literally don't have one nice thing to say about them. They will never be welcome in my home again, and I would strongly recommend to anyone that asks me to avoid them if their insurance company says that's who they're sending. Very disappointing experience. Our insurance provider chose servicemaster last August when our basement flooded, work is still not done and they have went complete silent on us. They re-installed a carpet that was stained and with the nails from the Subfloor sticking out so you could feel it. Work hasn’t been completed and they have went complete silent, didn’t finish the work and didn’t give us part of the payout so we could do it ourselves. Claim is under my husbands name not mine.
