I used service master after being referred by my insurance company when our basement flooded in May 2020. It took them 3 months to even come out . Once they showed up, we got an estimate for the removal of all damaged materials and items to be removed and disposed of , a remediation and clean up, as well as the pack out of items to a storage pod that would be delivered to my home to store items until renovations were completed.
