If I had the option for no stars I would use it. I do not recommend this business at all! They ruined a $3500 rug. It now has splotches of faded spots all in it. He offered to fix it but there is no way you can fix the lighter splotches in this rug and I told him this. The owner argued with me and ask me how many rugs I've cleaned. I ask him why he would ask me this. He said, "Because you are an expert!" I don't appreciate this kind of unprofessional manner.
