My first meeting with the owner left me excited about the cleaning project that I needed help with. He outlined what would be done and when. I was impressed. Unfortunately that didn't happen, creating quite an inconvenience and frustration. The cleaning team did not show up on the day they were expected or the next day, nor did they call with an explanation. I initially gave this company a good review when an office out of state called and they posted. However, I then received the bill. We used this company on the day of surgery, so my brother-in-law was at our home. The company used about 3 times as many fans and a dehumidifier than what the situation called for. Our bill, which we received weeks later, was $1350. We never would have agreed to this overkill if we would have been home. We could only get the bill down to $755.
