I would advise NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. UNREGULATED FRANCHISE. Went through fire they they had no idea how to handle .They throw away SENTIMENTAL belongings.(Still have pictures of destruction and THEY caused) THEY CAUSED MORE DAMAGE worse then fire.I hope my family never has to go through again. Had to call SERVEPRO out of Keene,NH who were so professional wish I knew of them in first place. Service master left our doors unlocked. I have no other words still tying to get over.
