I don't normally write negative reviews, but I was disappointed in the way I was treated by the worker who came to our house to do our carpet cleaning. I believe his name was Roland. In the midst of COVID-19, my husband and I have tried to be conscious of having anyone who comes into our house wear a mask, whether it is a family member or service worker.
