My grandson recieved a letter about a debt overdue...fron an apt. He hasn't lived in in over a year! Shared with 5 other students who still live there..so how is it he has to pay over 300.00 to "clean" it now? .he paid it cause he got scared (we lent him the money) ridiculous scam...

these people are nothing but a joke I have never heard of a debt collector not being able to send a letter stating of the settlement amount. its like giving money away to a stranger. the lady that calls me her name is Alison. very rude lady first time a spoke to her she sounded like a smoker for years, loud and rude and coughing the whole time. I was so upset I hung up the phone and I was the one to contact her about resolving the debt so you can imagine how mad I was . I have yet to resolve anything with this lady poor beha... read more

My case was settled in court (my favor) and I'm trying to get the debt off my credit reports since the settlement stated this would be done as part of the agreement. I called and spoke with "Robert Weaver" and he gave me the wrong PO box number (left off a "6" at the end). I just resent the documents, certified mail (again), and thank goodness I looked up their address online; he gave me the wrong zip code. I'm annoyed since I even read the full address back to him the first time and he said, "correct". What's the deal? I do... read more

Robert Weaver is a fake name. His real name is Steven Lohonen and his wifes name is Marilyn Svoma Lohonen. Their HOME ADDRESS is: 3021 S Osceola Ave., Orlando, FL 32806. I sincerely hope someone goes and pays them a visit. I am surprised he's still alive considering what a SOB he is and how he is ruining peoples lives by assigning fraudulent debt.

It's a scam. They sent the exact same bill to two of my family members, both of whom had never done anything with the company they were saying we owed money to. All they did was inquire about an apartment, which they never even looked at let alone put any money down on, and are being billed over $1,000 for a simple inquiry. And the fact that they do not give an address, only a P.O. Box on their bill makes me even more suspicious. I will be looking into filing a lawsuit against them and I hope everyone else will too. This guy, Robert Weaver, is a joke. He is rude, sarcastic and pretty stupid... Before I called SMS I read these reviews here and I even mentioned to him who said that he couldn't care less about what people said or thought of him... He is a sad little man who enjoys seeing people in a bind. Oh well... I'm sure he will get his. KARMA IS A BITCH!
