Unprofessional and unresponsive. Their 2.9 rating is well deserved. In particular Brianne Luther deserves a special I hate my job and it shows award. Highly recommend choosing any other title company
Heather McCune couldn't get a deed recorded with the county for 7 DAYS after closing! We're still waiting for official confirmation. This nightmare will never end because Heather and all the Service Link team are so incompetent. They need to LOSE their license! STAY AWAY FROM SERVICELINK!!

I would give negative 5 stars if I could!!! Heather McCune is the WORST Title rep I have ever worked with in my entire career. I represented the buyers on a VA loan assumption deal through Navy Federal Credit Union. Navy Federal required us to use ServiceLink as title/escrow, overriding the local Las Vegas title company named in our contract.
