Purchased the service line Coverage in Plano, Texas. Had two different plumbers come out and confirm that the pipes were bad actually had a massive leak under the kitchen. Service line Plumber course said everything was fine home was built in the 70s original cast-iron. Went ahead and replaced all pipes and uncover huge brakes in the line. Show them pictures of the physical pipes which they denied because I use my own Plumber. Bottom line Coverage is not worth it. The company is a scam.
High-Priority Plumbing provided excellent service. The technician, Mike, was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and experienced. He was able to trouble shoot the issue and resolve the pipe drain overflow. I am sincerely grateful. Thank you, Mike, and thank you HomeServe for expediting my problem.
