HORRIBLE They are no good. 3 months having my truck and still cannot get it right. I have list of 10 items and growing. They better hope they make it all right or will be hearing from a lawyer.
Service King is concerned about customer service. That means a lot to me. I had a previous estimate done at another shop in the area and they did not seem to want my business- didn’t send estimate, didn’t return call, and seemed put out when we called to follow up three times over a months time.
