Car was not ready and they made me take the car. They said the door edge guards cannot be reinstalled until 30 days later. Requested we travel back after 30 days. They were not able to provide a satisfactory resolution
Very professional, text me every step of the way, very nice and friendly staff. Took care of all my needs and concerns, staff was very understanding got my vehicle repaired and paint exactly how long they told me it would take!!! Thank you!!!!
Staff is friendly but they use cheap Chinese replacement parts and do less than respectable paint work. Picked my truck up and noticed a run in the paint on the fender and other issues on the hood. I told the employee about the issues I noticed before I left the lot with my vehicle. They also removed the rain gaurd off my driver window for no reason and never reinstalled it leaving it on the back seat also the plastic cover for the rear view mirror was removed and never replaced.
Very friendly! Great customer service.
Above and beyond for my every need, would recommend.
