Im not usually one to leave reviews but I had an amazing experience with Crash Champions. From start to finish they did an incredible job in all aspects. Communication was outstanding keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Before drop off they coordinated with the rental car company to arrange a shuttle for when I did drop off my car. I had to replace my bumper and tail light on my Toyota Tacoma. This shop was just down the road from me and Farmers recommended I take my truck there. Two weeks ago, I set an appointment up for next day drop off, and it was smooth sailing from there. Received update texts on the status of the whole process as it went along which I greatly appreciate. Experience was very good. I showed them the damage and what exactly I wanted done(which wasn't the total damage), they ordered the part and called me back and 2 weeks later. The part was replaced in about an hour, payed my deductible and we were done.
