Originally I thought they did a good job fixing my right bumper on my Honda CRV at Henrietta location and coordinating with insurance. But then after the repair aware that they did not do a thorough inspection under hood and my windshield wiper reservoir was busted in my accident and they missed it. Worse service ever. They had my son drop off his car and took over a month before he got it back. No updates in between. When called, nobody knew when the repair job is completed. I took my truck to Gerber and I got it back within 2 weeks and got an update regularly and the scheduled pickup.
They had my truck sitting on their lot for a whole WEEK before anybody knew why it was there. Then they call me to tell me it was ready....STILL WASNT!!!! I waited 45 min for a half ass DETAIL that my 5yr could have did a better job doing. Then I get in my truck, turn it on, LIGHTS ON THE DASH! The service is GHETTO...the people who work there are VERY MUCH GHETTO! Will never do business with them again and ill make sure to let Insurance companies know that you like to waste time and Money.
The entire process was made very easy by the staff. I was picked within 10 minutes of dropping my car off by the rental car company. I was able to just leave the rental car at the shop when I picked up my car and it was returned for me. They kept me updated on parts and progress. Overall it was a very good experience and the body work was perfect. I would definitely recommend them or use them myself in the future.
My vehicle was brought to crash champions after an accident. The staff were friendly and professional. I spoke with the GM a couple times and it was just a good experience all around!
