My boyfriend got his car fixed here and one of the employees stole the money he left in his center console. When he picked it up it was evident they went through the car as his ray bans case (thankfully he took the glasses out before he dropped off the car) which he normally stores in the center console was open, and left out of place. The repairs he needed done to his car didn’t require going into the center console. Very disappointing. My experience here was stellar. I came to crash champions looking to get a quote for repairing my hood and bumper after sliding out in the snow this past winter. The reception team, Thaily and Jasmine, were very professional/helpful and were able to get me sorted in no time. The turnaround time for repairs was also very quick compared to other body shops I had gotten quotes from. If I ever need more body work done, hopefully I don’t, I will gladly bring my car back here.
Everything about my experience with Crash Champions was extremely frustrating. After my parked car was hit, I brought my car here because it was the closest shop. I told the inspector that my A/C stopped working and the car was leaking clear fluid. He brushed it off and said the condenser wasn’t hit, it was probably just the heat. When I got the car back, the A/C still didn’t work. I took it to a separate mechanic who found that a hose was ruptured and refrigerant with UV dye was leaking everywhere. Our car was sent here after an accident. They did repair the car on time but the whole process of pick up was not good, when we went to pick up, the car was not in the lot and they said they had taken it for a test drive, then they said the pick up time was wrong and so we have to wait, as we waited, the front desk said its not ready afterall and that we need to come back, as I was walking out our car pulled in and they said its ready again. Then there was a problem with the audio system, which was working when we dropped it... read more
