I am very pleased with Crash Champions on Old Washington Road in Waldorf Maryland. There customer service was great they kept me updated every other day and they did a really really good job!!!! I would highly recommend them. If I could I would have given them 10 stars
I’ve had my 2019 Civic for a while with no issues—until recently when someone backed into my gas tank. I searched everywhere for a reliable repair shop and found Crash Champions. They’re a bit tucked away on the backroads, but definitely worth finding! Not even a week later, another vehicle sideswiped me. Despite the great repair job and pleasant, friendly staff at the Waldorf location on Leonardtown Road, I still encountered major issues. This is still a "recommended" repair shop by my car insurer which is GEICO. 1st Issue: My estimated completion date changed at least five times. From initially, 08-08-25 to being told "my car was ready to come home" on 08-19-25.
