Beware of this company. They are not only rude and unprofessional but dishonest. Left my car there for repair and didn't call the insurance company for 4 days to confirm approval. They even lied about talking to the adjuster when in fact they never did. Would not recommend using this place when there are many other shops that offer better services.
Professional Polite. Repairs completed within a few days. Thought it would take at least two weeks. I would recommend Crash Champions without hesitation.
Worst shop ever. My sister took her vehicle here and they used unoriginal parts. The paint is falling off and when I was trying to take it out in the beginning, they were trying to charge me excessive storage fees. Do not take your car here.
Attempted auto theft left my car a wreck. My insurance company suggested a couple of body shops and I’m thankful I picked Crash Champions. Their customer service is so good they should write the manual for other companies to follow. Crystal especially, giving me updates every couple of days. They delivered my car, sparkling new and on the day they estimated despite having to procure some hard to get parts. Highly recommend!!
