I am not happy at all with this place! My car went it with minor damages, and now I have to get stuff replaced that was working before they got the car. I have never heard, "Hey, it's like this, and it has nothing to do with the accident, so you are responsible." ok if that is true, how did you all break it? Because it was fine and working when you got it and you took it apart. Now it all of a sudden broken, and it is my fault. Instead of calling with an update on it, y'all didn't. They repaired my F150. It looks before better than it did before the damage. they did a great job. Would recommend them to any one need repairs done right.
All I can say is they were incredible. Our car looked like it never had any damage. They were communicative, professional, kind, and all around great. They went above and beyond. They even cleaned our car! On the inside too! Our tires were shiny. They give a very detailed breakdown of everything they did, how much each part and labor cost, and were very helpful with any questions we had. This was an insurance claim and they helped to make the process very smooth for us.
Someone hit my daughter car so I took it to Crash Champions to get some body work done. From the first day the car was dropped off until the last day she picked up her car(there for a week) they were wonderful. They give some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They updated you every other day on the progress, they worked with the insurance company for me so I didn’t have to deal with that. Overall they are the best!! I have had the unfortunate need to work with crash champions THREE TIMES in six months on three different cars. Thankfully the Crash Champions team there always makes the experience so easy. Their attention to customer care is unmatched. I heard regularly from their team on status updates on my repairs. And they have even finished repairs ahead of schedule! As always, the work is awesome! The paint job is impeccable and my cars always comes back sparkling clean. Thanks to Mark, Joe, Craig, and Stacey for the great work!
