. A few weeks ago some bad weather caused some minor damage to my vehicle. Unsure where I should start for the repair. I googled collision repair shops nearby. With Crash Champion being the closets. Today I stopped in and spoke with Mark. He didn’t waste anytime. Out the door we went to view my issue. He then asked for the keys and was able to take care of it SAME DAY!! I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you Crash Champion!!!
Kathy Eaton had a wonderful experience. Estimator and repair tech were thorough, practical, down to earth, and good at communicating. As someone who knows nothing about cars, this was a breath of fresh air. I felt so confident in their recommendations.
Do not trust Crash Champions with your vehicle. The at-fault party's insurance pushed me to use them, and it was a massive mistake from start to finish. Zero Communication & Ghosting: They kept my car for over a month with zero updates. I just had a bad experience with them, people make sure before you drive off with your car, ask for a walk thru have the paper that they give you and ask them to show you what did, what they replace or repair, you know for instances in future where the list of things they fixed had troubles,Or else they will not fix the things that they should’ve fixed, and they will tell you that your car was in another accident again..
I was in town for meetings and my back window shattered. I needed to drive back to Chicago so I went to Safelite and they wrapped the window for me, but a mile later the plastic flew off. I stopped by this Crash Champions location and asked Mark if he could help. He wrapped it for me the right way and I had no problems getting back home.
