If i could give negative stars i would ! The lady at the front desk lied and said she called me to tell me my car was not ready on the pick date. Wasted my time and gas money driving up there. And when i asked what time she called and to show me she couldn’t even tell me, they are terrible!!!
The whole side of my car was basically done for after it was met with a lifted souped up Tundra. I was devastated because my car is used for my second source of income plus I’m in the middle of moving out of state. Xavier and the team did an amazing job and communicated with me, my insurance, and the rental car company effectively on the status of my vehicle. They did amazing work and were super helpful.
Took car in after accident, also had them fix prior damage to wheels. Gave use the car back missing several retention clips and with a giant scratch, paint on wheels was uneven, took it back to get it fixed they fixed some, wheels still looked back. Couldn't pull tires of because they over tighten them and then wouldn't help fix the issue at all, they wanted me to torque my own wheels after they loosen them
