I sent my truck in for hail damage, they are respectful, making an appointment was easy, the time it took them to fix my truck was great. they did an amazing job, even cleaned out some of my truck!
Lack of service.
Got a $2k estimate on the fly & the rep was all matter at fact like yeah $2k estimate for a SCRATCH. I told the rep I got a quote from the Cadillac Dealership for $1700 but the places like this have all been staying like $800 and &900. I came here because this is closer to my house then most of those places and she just looked at me and was like well. I guess you should go there. I’m not even a leave a bad person, but I was like oh wow Woowwww
If i could give negative stars i would ! The lady at the front desk lied and said she called me to tell me my car was not ready on the pick date. Wasted my time and gas money driving up there. And when i asked what time she called and to show me she couldn’t even tell me, they are terrible!!!
